The WDR 5 App offers the live radio stream of WDR 5 with additional program information. Additionally, you can jump back up to half an hour in the stream. Moreover, we provide all on-demand audio from the radio program for listening, saving, and sharing.

In the "Start" section, you will find current listening recommendations from the editorial team on various topics, as well as the most listened-to audios from WDR 5. Furthermore, you have access to all podcasts/shows from A to Z and links to the playlist and service pages for recipes, book recommendations, and host information.

Are you particularly interested in specific topics or shows? In "My WDR 5," you can create your personal collection of saved audios and explore and subscribe to content from individual shows.

Within the "Program" section, you will find all broadcast times and additional information about the shows. Moreover, you can view specific days directly.

Using the "Contact" feature, you can directly message the WDR 5 team.

The app and its content are free for you to use. We recommend accessing audios via Wi-Fi or a mobile data plan considering data usage. However, you can also adjust the streaming quality in the settings.

• Storage - for saving content (including offline available audios).
• Phone - allowing you to contact us directly via "Contact."
